The Jusoor International Initiative offers top Emirati students the chance to gain international experience and prepare for leadership roles in the UAE’s technical and industrial sectors. Through a two-month technical internship with prestigious German companies at the forefront of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, participants are exposed to global best practices while developing key skills.

The initiative fosters a strong sense of UAE National Identity, equipping participants with the confidence to share their culture while abroad. Personal financial management is also emphasized, with students learning essential budgeting, saving, and investing skills.

Students are prepared to navigate German working conditions through cross-cultural training, which builds awareness of cultural differences and enhances their appreciation for Emirati values. Throughout the internship, participants gain hands-on technical experience and apply their academic knowledge.
