Mubarmij50 is an annual robotics competition that empowers young Emiratis aged 6-18 to explore coding and robotics through school clubs, camps, and national and international competitions. Each year, new schools joining the initiative receive robotics kits, and students are presented with fresh challenges to work on. The initiative includes robotics and coding workshops for teachers and students, providing training on the use and development of robotics kits. This enables participants to gain skills in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and fosters their interest in these fields.

The competition component showcases students’ abilities to solve programming challenges. Through this, students enhance their problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity, further motivating them to pursue careers in STEAM. By integrating technical skills with real-world applications, Mubarmij50 nurtures the next generation of Emirati innovators.
