A 20-month study is being conducted in partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology into the UAE employment market. The study, scheduled for completion in December 2023, is working with private sector employers, Emirati job seekers, and higher education institutions to identify innovative ways to increase Emirati employment in the private sector, The purpose of the research is to increase the shared understanding among private sector employers, Emirati job seekers, and higher education institutions about what it takes to be successful in the private sector.
