Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sandooq Al Watan, and with the participation of a large number of volunteers from the city of Al Ain and its neighboring regions, the ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence and Sandooq Al Watan jointly launched the second phase of the “Volunteering in service of the community and nation” project.
Spanning over 3 days, the program aims to develop and utilize the volunteers’ capabilities towards serving and developing their local communities by coming up with initiatives and ideas that can be immediately implemented in society in collaboration with various federal, local and private entities. The program, which welcomes volunteers from all around the nation, also provides an opportunity for participants to further develop their community volunteering skills and capabilities, enabling them to positively impact society and the nation.
