The Jusoor program helps top performing Emirati students from across the UAE, in their final year of higher education to prepare for, enter, and thrive in the private sector. Soft skills training, career guidance, a private sector internship, a mentor, and help during the job hunt all work together to prepare participants to gain full-time employment and thrive in the private sector. The program is funded jointly by Aldar and Sandooq Al Watan. Candidates are not charged to participate.

The program is designed to identify gaps between a participant’s education and skills and the job market needs. Based on the results of the gap analysis, the program offers a range of upskilling training opportunities designed to help participants acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to meet market demands. The program’s upskilling training is customized to each participant’s needs and is delivered through online courses and workshops.
In addition to upskilling training, the program offers job hunt assistance to help participants secure suitable employment. Guidance and support are provided throughout the entire job hunt process, from resume preparation to interview skills development. Participants receive one-on-one guidance to ensure they are well prepared to secure a job.
Masarat helps Emirati job-seekers receive a return on their education investment by helping fill the gap between their skills and the requirements of the private sector. Job hunting can be daunting. Providing guidance and encouragement through the process encourages Emiratis to keep actively searching, and upgrading their skills, until they start a career.
