Launching in October of 2022, the Masarat initiative works with employment seeking Emiratis to help them obtain employment in the private sector. The program identifies gaps between a participant’s education and skills and market needs, provides upskilling training, and then assists in the job hunt through career counseling, resume preparation, interview skills preparation, and submitting applications.
