The second component focuses on Business Incubators. We are working with a group of higher education-based business incubators to establish a network for the purpose of sharing local knowledge and to encourage entrepreneurship among Emirati students. The cornerstone of the network is the promotion of an entrepreneurship knowledge base developed by the Higher College of Technology’s Incuvation Center, which captures local rules and practices, as well as the best of international entrepreneurial activity.  We expect the network to be launched in October 2022.
